Looking for cooler recommendations

Got an ASUS Maximus VIII Formula with a 6700k and I'm considering changing to a big air cooler. The two I have in mind are the "Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3" and the "Cryorig R1" but I'm having some doubts in that if one of those would fit with my RAM sticks and, to a lesser degree in my case.

I have 8x4 of these sticks -> http://gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c16q-32gtzb so all 4 slots are populated.

The case is a Corsair Obsidian 750D -> http://www.corsair.com/en/obsidian-series-750d-full-tower-atx-case

Also feel free to suggest any other ideas. Don't have a set budget so I'll consider everything. Currently I'm on an old (two and 1/2 years) H100i and after reading reviews for the high end air coolers I'm considering going back to one for a bit more silent operation and not worrying that something might break eventually when the computer is on but I'm not around haha.

Thanks!.

Yeah, that's my fear. The RAM sticks seem to be around 44mm high according to the G.Skill website. On the Be Quiet site it says you can raise/lower the fan to accommodate slightly taller RAM but not sure how much that would help.

For the Cryorig I noticed that the R1 has Ultimate and Universal version, so I'll want the Universal with the slightly thinner fan.

Any other worthwhile options other than Cryorig, Be Quiet and that Noctua?.

Not in dual towers. With 140mm single towers you get more options, with slightly less performance.
