Roccat Cross

What do you guys think about the Roccat Cross? It is good? From what I've seen, I'm actually quite impressed.

Looks interesting, but i'm quite sure it will sound generally like most gaming headsets out there, I tried a few of their older headsets, everything sounds as expected. ALL BOUT THAT BASS

It's seems that the audio quality is quite good (as you said, all about that bass lol) and I've heard the mic quality and it actually was a pleasant surprise. What would you recommend buying: These or the Hyperx Cloud? Worth noting that in my country the cross is about 50 shekels (or 13 dollars) cheaper.

Since i have not have any hands on experience with the cross, i can't say much.

But HyperX Cloud 1 is my go to gaming headsets, they offer great sound for the price and the extra accessories are a nice touch.

Why they sound great? The internals are made by Takstar, a well know audio brand. They are not high end audiophile quality but they are almost towards or already at the entry level imo.

 

Note: My workplace handle the distribution of Roccat & Kingston in my country, that's why i can get my hands on their products quite easily. Roccat Cross have not reached here yet

Got mine on xmas and I'm pretty satisfied with it. Has quality feel, nice sleak design and the sound quality is nice too, Good base but also good mids and heights. Music on my smartphone sounds incredible for the price
