@Mr.Meerkat 's Viewsonic is a good pick.  It has the high refresh rate and it is an IPS @1440p for only $100 more than the one I picked.

If it helps LG makes 25" ultra wide. It'll be way overkill and you could just get a pg27aq or a pg279q
