Posted January 4, 2017 My CPU stays at 3.0 GHZ at all times no matter what and in task manager it says max frequency is 3.06 but stock clock is 3.1 however i want it to hit 3.8 with turbo core as i have it enable in the bios overdrive says max is 3.8 and task manager says differnt which do i believe and why wont it go past 3.1 i have a h115i cooler so i dont think its a heat issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
