Hello, so i sent a rebate out to corsair for one of their psu and forgot to put the upc in. Now they will not accept the upc because it is out of the submitting period (time period to send the rebate in). I asked to see the terms and agreement and they only gave me a small clip saying that the offer is not available after the submitting period (21 days after purchase).

For referance i sent everything except the upc label.

What should i do.

This happened once before with CM and they accepted it.

You are screwed. Companies offer rebates because they COUNT on people screwing up the submission process.

The lesson learned is:

1. Don't buy things with rebates

2. If you do, TRIPLE CHECK all parts of the rebate to ensure no mistakes.

You made a mistake. It was an easy one to make, but the fault is yours. Corsair, as shitty as the move is, is entitled to deny you the rebate because of this.

I would check to see if your country has any sort of legislation on rebates that would allow you to submit a complaint to a government agency that may assist you further.
