I bought a XFX RX 480 RS 8gb and installed it into my Gigabyte ga-h110m-s2h, but it seems like the system really doesn't want to detect it.  I can guarantee the mobo has a PCI-E 16x slot (it doesn't have a space for the left yellow hook, but the card is not loose). Fans are working and a blue led lights up, proof that the card is correctly powered and the mother-board and the power supply are actually giving power to it.

Booting up the PC no signal is given and when checking the device manager with integrated graphics no dedicated GPU  is detected.

What could it be? A mother board problem? A GPU problem?.

Does your PC work with the iGPU? (If you have one).

If it does, could be 1 of 3 things.

Faulty RX 480

Faulty PCIe Slot

PSU isn't good enough

If PSU wasn't good enough it would cause instability (sudden shutdowns) but would still boot up fine if all power connectors are getting 12V and ground
