Changing CPU + MOBO

Hello,

 

Will changing my Motherboard and my CPU do anything to my installed softwares (including Windows)?

it depends on the version of windows you have installed, if it is a OEM version, the software is usually tied to the motherboard chipset, so changing that might introduce some problems.
