Stable i5 6600k Overclock?

I have an i5 6600k coming in the mail that i chose to buy over the i7 6700k because the HT won't be very beneficial to me. I am planning to overclock to 4.35 to 4.4 GHz. I will be using a watercooler to keep the temps down. Will i get a stable overclock at this speed and also what voltage would i need to apply to the CPU.

It's why it's called the silicon lottery you never know, sometimes it can do it very easily while other times it may not, so until you try you won't know. This here is a good guide to start off with:

got mine on 4.2 ghz, 1.264 volt max on air 212 evo, never go above 60 celsius. i dont bother pushing it further for now

I have a 6600K that can hit 4.7 at 1.3Volts on air.   Temps remain around 60 even under load.
