Issues with Vizio and xbox

I have an issue where my xbox will not output an image to the tv, it'll just show a big green screen. Although I can still get audio from it. Casting works just fine and I can get a picture and audio.

 

However the xbox will output when it is connected to a different tv (a magnavox). I've tried swapping HDMI cables, changing ports to no avail. I gave resetting the xbox to factory settings a go and still no dice. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Have you tried all the HDMI inputs? Does it do the same thing on all of them? According to online specs, that TV has 3 different HDMI inputs.

 

Also, make sure the XBO S is outputting in 1080p in the settings.

 

What about other HDMI sources on the same TV (and same input, if it's only happening on one input)?
