GPU blower fan noise

Hello guys, I need help with a GPU blower fan of a EVGA 660 ti, it makes kind of a grinding noise even at low speeds, (where it is most noticeable since its not making noise with its airflow at high speeds).

 

So I wanted to know if there is a way to fix this, I thought maybe I have to use oil or something to make the noise go away, but I wanted to know your opinions before disassembling the cooler.

 

the card is not old enough to have this kind of problems, It wasn't used that much when the noise started, like 2 weeks after purchase.

RMA, EVGA has awesome RMA service. I had this problem with one of my 660 Ti's, though mine is the signature 2 version.

I can't really RMA since they won't change it unless the GPU flat out dies, I don't live in the states so contacting EVGA directly is out of the question :c

Why don't you just manualy set the fan speed to 100% for a few hours... see if the noise just kinda sorts it's self out.  :D

LOL, I will try that, I haven't opened the card yet, I have it lying around for now, tomorrow for sure.
