When will my laptop battery COMPLETELY die?

I have a Samsung Ativ Book 8(nt870z5g-x28). How long can my battery last UNTIL IT COMPLETELY DIES? And can I use my laptop if I plug the charging cable when my battery is COMPLETELY dead?

Depends on whether the pc is idle, under slight load or heavy load and you can use a laptop when the battery is dead.

There are usually official times for how long a laptop can last on battery but think of them as the best case scenario and extremely hard to achieve in a real world environment.

According to laptopmag.com's review you should get up to 8 hours surfing the web on Wifi. Of course that varies depending on the load and the more you use the laptop over time and the battery gets drained and recharged the less life you'll get.

I ran a laptop for many months with no battery installed at all. Most laptop computers can take power straight from the plug like a desktop. As for how long your battery can last, as already said, 8 hours, but different load conditions could shorten or lengthen that.

Wow, go easy on the large font. It's like you're screaming your bloody head off. We have no clue on when it will die. We've never seen the laptop, we don't know the condition of the cells, so we honestly can't tell you for sure. Why are you so worried?
