i7 render issue

Hey guys! After I was done editing a small video, I noticed my i7 doesn't get fully utilized while rendering a video with Sony Vegas Pro 13.

Here are some screenshots:

Does anyone know how to fix this to improve render times?

Main gaming pc: Lian-Li Lancool II Mesh Performance - Ryzen 5 5600X - MSI GTX1080Ti Armor - AMD Wraith Spire RGB - ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x8GB 3200MHz - 500GB M.2 (and a few other drives)

 

Gaming laptop: ASUS GL552VW: i7 6700HQ - GTX960M 2GB - 8GB DDR4 2166Mhz RAM - 1TB 7200RPM HDD

I haven't worked with Sony Vegas in a long time, but I'm sure it's probably a cap on the amount of resources that Sony Vegas is allowed to use. This could be found somewhere in the settings menu of Vegas, since I use Premiere and FCP I really couldn't tell you where exactly to look.
