Floatplane suddenly disappeared

Anybody else suddenly missing the floatplane club forum?  From everything I can tell my subscription is still good and there's been no attempt to re-bill on paypal, but the forum itself is gone...

What's your billing date?  I'm wondering if maybe it didn't renew automatically properly?

Manually renew it. I had the same issue with bronze contribution thing a few times.

Mine expires on 2017-01-11, you may want to check your purchases as you're not showing up as a pilot on the forum (missing blue text under name).

Huh, I think something's screwy with my paypal.  Original purchase was Nov 26th, but renewal date is supposedly the 31st, rather suspect something's dropped in the interim.

If anyone else is having issues, please PM me, and I will try to sort your account out too. Unfortunately, there appear to be some issues with PayPal's APIs, and some issues with how the forum handles them, which means that some transactions aren't working properly. We are trying to get it resolved, but it is not something that we are likely to be able to entirely fix.

well. Oops I forgot to cancel my other recurring membership and paypal paid two times. One from yesterday as i thought the automatic payment was off (had to cancel my vpn a couple weeks ago and I thought I canceled it there). Do I pm one of you guys or go to paypal? Apologies for the simple mistake

Please use the floatplane support wizard, https://linustechtips.com/main/index.php?app=floatplane&module=support&controller=wizard&_new=1. If that can't automatically fix it, it will tell you what to do next.
