Asus x99 Strix

Intel i7 6800K

Cosair H100i V2

 

Symptoms 

Q-code 00

Post state led cpu led is on

Won't Post

 

Hi. I just build a new pc today, but it won't post. The board is a Asus x99 Strix. It have a q code 00 while boot and a warning light for the cpu and no warning sound . The 8 pin cpu is plug in. There is another 4 pin cpu power socket, do I have to plug that in too?  I tried to change to a different psu, reassemble all the component and flash the bois and none of them work. Any idea ?
