Are you building this system or is it already built? Cuz you can do much better than an FX CPU.

 

For the specs you listed, that system will never draw more than 250W so there's that for you.

yea it is a new build but im on a really tight budget, is there any other cpu for roughly that price that would perform better? it woould really help

i5-6400 with an accompanying motherboard and DDR4.
