Sata 3 and USB

Fellow Techies,

I hope all are doing well. I am in a little bit of a dilemma. My USB 2.0 ports are used up. I need at least two more. I also need about two more sata ports (I only have 6 sata and two USB 2.0 on my motherboard). Does an add-on pcie card exists that has these ports? I need two internal header USB 2.0 ports if I wasn't too clear. I do appreciate the help.

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

you can get a PCI-E USB 3.0 card and just do some adapters to get USB 2.0. for SATA, idk, they might have PCI-E cards to SATA.

i have seen cards with both usb and sata on amazon. good luck finding one with internal USB, a quick search shows the top results having internal sata and external USB

Can anyone give me a suggestion on a sata or sas card they have used or are using? I would flash the sas card as I hear they can be more reliable. This is more for precaution just in case I need more drives. For usb I will either get something like this or this, or just get a splitter for usb 2.0.

 I only have two PCIe slots. One is taken by a gpu the other is free. I wish I had a third one. This is the gaming/home pc, so I will need it to last as long as possible without having to switch MBs as it has Win 7, yes Win 7 is a must until I can get the rest of the family use to Win 10 or whatever Windows comes out with.
