Cpu Fan Suggestion

Hey guys, i have an intel core i7 6700 ( non-k ) and i want to change the stock

cooler just because of the sound it makes. The sound starts as soon as i turn on the Pc and it is constant. It is like your ears are ringing but the temps are fine and the Rpm is around 2200 while idle and the fan profile in the bios is set to standard. My motherboard is Asrock z170 extreme4. I can't buy from amazon since they don't deliver to my country. Any recommendations about the cpu fans found in the link above are much appreciated.

I'd get a Cryorig M9i or H7, and since you've got an Extreme4 you should look into BCLK your CPU

My CPU is also locked <3
