You put new thermal paste on right?

 

Also check CPU-z to make sure it's idling at 800 mhz.

As GDRRiley asked is it C or F. If it's F it's totally fine. If it's C it's a little high but good enough to work with.

 

Also have you tried stress testing to see the load temps?

i have fealt my tubes of my AIO and feel no sort of movement or vibrations could it be my AIO pump is not working? under HW monitor it says all 4 of my fans are spinning.

Possibly... You plugged the pump's connector into the motherboard, right? Try downloading the Corsair software for it and see if you have an option to change the speed of the pump.

i fixed my issue, i changed my pump to the CPU fan header on my mobo and am getting 25 degrees idle on 4GHZ OC, thanks everyone for the assistance
