FPS issues!

So, I am going to post my specs with the build. I am having FPS issues where I can have a stead 60FPS in Overwatch and BF1 but every once in a while the frames will drop to 40-30 frames for a few seconds and then come back up. I didn't know if my mother board is capable of the CPU or not. I don't have water cooling yet and don't know if that is the issue. My case is also cramped as of now. I'm in the process of getting a bigger case with better cooling features. Thanks for the help in advance.

Have you tried higher speed RAM?

I have not tried higher speed RAM. I didn't think it would cause that much of a issue but, maybe it does. I've listed the Temps in idle. Not sure about the temps in game. ill need to give that a look as well.
