To be REALLY cheap you could just borrow a friend's build...

in what decade?

maybe in 2017. cpu's seem to be going multi core/thread ( 8+ ) vs picking up speed to handle the workload of the "future", so who knows what's going to happen.

A lot of CPUs will go to 5ghz if you disable all but one core...
