They're almost the same in terms of performance, so I would go for the 650ti, as you save 15€ for you to spend on a nicer Case, or Motherboard etc.

Are those your only options? both aren't near much of a big deal and you can find an used GTX 780Ti for cheap similar prices people still insist on asking on a 500's 400's series nvidia.

If you insist on this deal though I advise the GTX 650Ti, cheaper for the same performance pretty much.

It's not nearly the same performance, the 7850 is clearly faster. Even at the launch of the 650 Ti, the 7850 was 32% faster at 1080p. And AMD has improved performance relative to Kepler cards since then.

Which one is better?

Asus gtx 650 ti 55Euros

Gigabyte radeon hd 7850 70Euros

The 7850 is better, but also costs more. For the money I guess they're about equally good deals.

I beg your pardon I did not mean you can find it for 70 euros, but if you're willing to go 100 euros you'll be finding much better hardware for certain which I would personally say it is worth the higher cost for a higher noticeable performance.

Hardly a noticeable difference, and if he so much in a budget then the nvidia would be the better option, considering he might want to just play free to play games like LoL and CS:GO.

You're comparing the wrong card. The GTX 650 Ti is a completely different card from the GTX 650 Ti Boost.
