Steam games uninstalled but not

FaiL___

I have just peformed a fresh install of windows on my SSD, while keeping my HDD unplugged, all of my steam games have stayed on the HDD and I can see them in the File Explorer, but Steam shows that they are not installed, any way for steam to rediscover them? Or do I have to install them again? Cheers

If you try to open the games, it will give you some sort of error message, then delete the icon (or at least that's what it did to me)

Just so you know, I tried that, but it didn't work, so I'm deleting everything and reinstalling it, thanks for the help though
