Lost Skyrim Product Key?

I purchased Skyrim new from Target a couple weeks ago and just now got around to installing it. I can't seem to find the product key. I have the original box, maybe it was on a piece of paper that I lost? Anything I can do? I know the obvious solution is to contact Bethesda but I'm assuming they're closed for Christmas and I was hoping to play over break
