Monitor Cable Question

Appleboy45

I got a Asus VX228H monitor. I use it for gaming (I probably could have gotten something better, but it works just fine). I got it connected to my gaming PC using a HDMI (Connected to the the monitor) to DVI (Connected to the PC) cable. If I were to use a HDMI cable instead, would I get any better picture. I don't have any HDMI cables right now so I'm asking others before I buy one if I should buy one.

No, you won't see any difference. The signal going through DVI and HDMI is the same. HDMI only adds sound and HDCP support.

Doesnt make too much Difference on Full HD. If you got a VERY bad DVI cable, get a new one. If it isnt the crappiest in the world, just stick with it.
