Hello, I want to upgrade my PSU in case but I don't know if any will fit inside, I have this one :  Afficher l'image d'origine
It's Lenovo m73 with 174W power supply, I have 16gb ram (8x2), CPU : I5-4430S, HDD 500gb 7200, and SDD 250gb
I want some PSU which can handle this GPU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125680&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Video+Card+-+Nvidia-_-N82E16814125680&gclid=CjwKEAiA8qG1BRDz0tmK0pufw3QSJACfn6olEjM_nsLdBXiWIwC_uZKyJibOzOQNasnX0rMMUo639xoCogHw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
or any other good gpu.

the 750ti isn't a "good" gpu.

Honestly you'd be better getting a new case, finding a psu to fit in that will be quite hard as they're a non-standard size.

Also just from having a quick look on google images, that motherboard doesnt seem to have any pcie slots for you to connect a gpu anyway.

+1 on the 750 not being a good GPU, and on the new case recommendation.

PSU is totally custom.

It DOES have a pciex16 slot visible just under the CPU cooler though.

When in doubt, re-format.

You should look at getting a 1050 as it performs better than the 750ti and is similarly priced.

This is my current psu : http://imgur.com/a/Al40m , dimensions 17,5x9x7, which case would u recommend so I could move all my parts to that case?

That looks like some cheap Chinese crap. Don't put a GPU in there before you upgrade the PSU.

So there's any PSU which I can get to replace this one or I need to buy a new case if so which one ?

Sadly probably not. You'd have to buy a larger case that takes a standard PSU.

As for case, that's a lot of personal preference and how much space / budget you have.
