Is this a thing? I found a website, but it looks kinda scam-y... I have absolutely no experience with anything in this field, anything is helpful.

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

The first one only runs halo, the second tries to convert the disk to an exe the only "hopeful" one is the last which was last updated in 2011. So try that one in a virtual machine.

xbox emulators do indeed exist, may have problems with titles and such

Actually CXBX has had updates recently to add more compatibility, but that is really limited and most games are unlikely to work or would be really slow or buggy and unplayable.
