Your RAM is fine. Games like that tend to eat a bit more than your average AAA-whatever

It wouldn't hurt to get 16gb though, especially for certain games that can really devour it.

It Depends on what games you are Playing if your Playing Slightly older games 8gb Ram Should be enough but for Extra Head Room id Get 16gb

 

e.g Minecraft Takes up 1gb For Me While Division takes up 6gb Sometimes it Really Depends

8gb Should be Enough as 4 is Recommended for that game make sure you don't have to Much Running in the Back Ground e.g Google Chrome

 

Google Chrome is a Pure Ram Eater

I've seen it happen before, it's not that unusual now that most new games are 64-bit applications. I think I used to see about 7.5 out of 8 GB in use while playing The Witcher 3.

 

It's not necessarily a problem. If you don't see any performance issues it's probably still not urgent to upgrade. It wouldn't hurt to throw in another 8 GB when it's convenient, though.
