Help choosing a laptop

I am trying to decide between getting a Dell XPS 13 or a Razer Blade Stealth. With the XPS13 I would get the i7 with the 3200x1800 screen. With the Blade Stealth I would get the i7 with the 4k screen. Storage size doesn't really matter to me. I would mostly be web browsing, editing music and photos, and playing some less demanding games like Garry's Mod and Portal. I need a 13 inch laptop to fit in my bag, and to not be too large to take everywhere, and I mean everywhere.

When I say light gaming, I really mean light. I am fine with like 20 FPS with every setting turned all the way down.

Dude, that is a whole different class of laptops from what OP is looking at. OP is looking at slim ultrabooks, and you are suggesting some huge, powerful and yet horribly hot gaming laptop.
