PSU Problems

So my Sister came round and had he PC with here and it wouldn't turn on so my First thaught was the PSU and what I found out was that there was a little bit of dust not ginormous amounts but a little and that once I put a Power Cable into it the LED's in it Flickerd and then nothing no power at all shes had it for 2 1/2 Weeks and the Fan LED's In the PC Flicker that is it, Any Ideas?

 

its a 650w Evga psu

PC's I Have Built And Currently Still in House:

 

Main PC (My One):

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k @5.00Ghz

Motherboard: Asus Strix Z270-E Gaming ATX

Ram: G.Skill Trident Z 32gb (4 x 8) 3200mhz

Storage: 2TB Segate Barracuda HDD, 960gb HyperX Savage (Games), 240gb Samsung 850 Evo (OS)

Case: Corsair 750D

Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 1000w PSU

Graphics Card: 2x Asus Strix GeForce GTX 1080TI (SLI) 

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Cooling: Custom Water Cooling

Not a great PSU but I doubt it's the source of the problem. Can you use the self-tester the PSU comes with and test just the PSU (like unplug it from your GPU, motherboard, etc)?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

ive done that and nothing I think its Dead
