This is the Pure Rock and not the PR Slim.

For a 8320, a PR Slim will keep temps in check but wouldn't give much headroom for oc'ing.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

It should be ok, provided you don't attempt to do any serious OC'ing without a cooler upgrade.

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

My PC is a budget build and I don't do intense workloads and high end gaming which is why I don't plan to overclock. However, will an EVGA 500W 80+ provide enough juice for my PC if I Overclock it?

I have the following parts:
CPU : FX8320 (Running on Stock Noisy Cooler) Which is why I want a more silent cooler.

MB : AsRock 960GM-VGS3

RAM: G.Skill Rpijaws 4GB x2
GPU: MSI RX480 4G Gaming X

PSU: EVGA 500W 80 Plus
Storage : 1x Samsung Evo 250 GB SSD
2 case fans

This rig shouldn't consume much more than 400W max.

So, Yes! You are good to go with the 500W and 75% usage. But please read something about the basics of overclocking.

sorry bud but you would need a custom loop or something

JK

look at corsair H80i

Why a custom Loop???

And HXXX series are AIO cooler.

If it fits take a look at the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. It´s rated  for a TDP of 180watts max and the quality is solid and it´s a budget cooler.

- If in doubt,        ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
