This monitor does not have the freesync range and am wondering what it is. Also is Low frame rate compensation compatible? I heard it makes low fps like 30-40 feel like 40-50.

 

This is the cheapest monitor EVER with 144Hz and freesync and its 24" so perfect sizeand is the exact same size as my other one

I've modified the Freesync range of my LG 34UM67 down to 30-75 from 48-75, you could try it with that monitor but it's not guaranteed to work.

I don't believe it's dangerous, if you get artifacts just revert.

that's pretty solid. the lowest you'll typically see freesync is 30 but you may be able to get the monitor down to that. either way, if you drop below 40hz on a 1080p monitor, you have other problems in your system somewhere.

that's the whole idea of freesync though. it makes those not happen.
