Is this Monitor brand good?

So I found this monitor at cheap (at least in my country), the HKC 2465 23.6″ LED Monitor, any experience with hkc monitors? Should I buy this? Here's the specs.

the most likely thing with cheap knockoff monitor brands is that they will be okay but likely to have bad color gamuts and are likely to be prone to dead pixels. It could be good but it depends where your priorities lie

Also be on the lookout for back light bleeding.

They are usually fine, but there are a lot of things I'd advise checking when you receive the monitor. Dead pixels and backlight bleeding are very common in those knock off brands, like tim and ian noted. I've heard they aren't all terrible, and if you can't afford a main stream brand it's a good deal.
