Display for Photo Editing

My sister recently started doing some side jobs taking pictures for families at the school where she teaches. She was talking about how difficult it was to edit the pictures on her laptop (which has a TN panel) because of the sub par color reproduction. I was curious if you guys could recommend any 200 dollar or less IPS panels that are good for editing photos. She's just starting out, so I don't want to get anything too pricey.
