The 4440 will do very well for most games with a few exceptions:

1) CPU bound games like Arma 3, Cities Skylines, etc. This will be playable but not without some noticeable hiccups

2) Balanced games (require both strong CPU and GPU) Games like GTA V or Witcher 3. This games will do OK but you will be losing a few frames on most high end cards (anything above a 1060 or 480) but you should still be able to maintain a fairly good experience (over 60 FPS at 1080p with high details, maybe not max but high)

3) If you want to game at high refresh rates (1080p 144hz for example) chances are the 4440 will hold you back quite a bit and won't sustain very high refresh rates it can't keep up fast enough.

But if you want a decent 1080p 60 FPS experience on nice detail (pairing a 480 or 1060 6gb for example) the chip will do just fine. The rest of the components also seem pretty solid for the price I'd go for it.

That's actually quite good for 295EUR. I would go for it. It would be a fairly good foundation for 1080p and a fairly good foundation for 1440p. I would maybe buy an extra stick of RAM as well though.

What case does it come with? If it's good then that's more money saved.

Oh thats the SG9 and that's actually matx not itx. It's actually one of the best matx cases out there and on it's own it's a good 100 bucks now (cause it's older and not in high volume production) so that's a very nice case.

Should i pare it with a AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB Single Fan Triple X - XFX for 125 euro's??? i think i'll do that

Yeah the 470 is very strong for that CPU, almost as strong as the 480 really so you'd be getting a very capable rig for under 500 euros that's a very solid deal the case alone is over 100 euros (I just checked)

Is that a Silverstone mATX case? If so take it. That looks like it could be a pretty good case and they are pretty valuable. I think you have yourself a pretty good deal there.

That's a really good deal, especially in that Silverstone case. With an RX 470 that should be an awesome 1080p gaming rig and an absolute steal for 420 euro total. Just the case costs $109 in the US and it's really well reviewed.
