Is it enough if im buy 500w power supply for this spec ? 

 

Spec : 

- i7 6700

- Asrock B150m ITX

- 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance Ram

- Cryorig C7 Cpu Cooler

- Sapphire Nitro RX 480 8GB

500 watts is enough, but what brand/model?

It should be. http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator I always run my builds through this calculator just to make sure. I'd also take a look at this forum post to determine which ones you would be comfortable with.

 Thanks ! Silverstone sx500-LG . smaller one. Planning to build in Dan A4 - SFX case
