Generated by PCPartPicker 2016-12-19 00:02 EST-0500my graphics card. No fans will turn or or the LED lights on the case. I get nothing when I plug it into a monitor. PLEASE HELP!

Is the power supply turned on? (There is a switch on the back)

Yes it is, i tried 1 ram and checking the connections as well.

Are you sure that the front panel connectors are in the right position.(Positive and negative, correct place on the motherboard)

Yes their right. I got q-led on my board lit everywhere except ram and cpu making me think theres a problem there. checked my connections numerous times tho.

Is the video out cable coming out of the graphics card or the motherboard, could be a dead board.

Im seeing two led lights on the bottom of the board so don't think it is dead
