When i'm playing a game such as h1z1 my computer will randomly restart. It gives me no warning and there is nothing i can do about it once it starts to happen. I just very recently installed my refurbished msi gtx 960 2gb and another stig\ck of 8gb ram. When the computer is restarting i noticed that for about a second it went through bios.

i can give all specs if needed.

Try checking the Event Viewer included in Windows to (possibly) narrow the cause.

Are you able to monitor GPU temperatures?

Try reverting to your old setup of RAM and just play for a while with only the new GPU. If you haven't had these issues before and you still encounter it after doing this, the GPU and/or cooling could be the issue. If everything is fine, you could have a faulty RAM stick.
