There are lots of threads around here that can behoove you. First thing to obviously consider is budget. Then I recommend using a website such as https://pcpartpicker.com/ to make sure all parts are compatible and match your budget. 

 

I also recommend watching youtube videos of PC builds that can match your budget so you can get idea of what parts to consider.
