PWM and DC are just different ways to power a fan. PWM pulses 12v for varying speeds whereas DC varies the voltage.

Either can be controlled provided the header you're using supports it.

The NF-A14's can be controlled in the same way your stock SP140L's can but iPPC's aren't worth getting if you don't need the extra robustness. The normal NF-A14 would be better suited and quieter at the same rpm.

I see, the thing is I just don't like the color of the normal a14's lol.
