So i want to change my system to RAID so i can have a cache SSD to my mass storage.
Maybe partition 60GB off my 250GB SSD and im getting a NVME drive which will be my new OS drive.

But when i went to change the drives to raid i got this blue screen bios thing that was Intel something, cant remember the name of it but it didn't say if it kept the data or not.
As i dont want to lose my stuff and have nowhere to back it up properly.

Just wanted to know if its safe to do so, Thanks.

SSD cache isn't worth it and will make almost no difference.

Id just use them as seprate disks.

Oh ok then, i thought i might speed up some games and programs that i didnt move fully to the SSD. Thanks for the info though.
