Alright so can you guys help me find what the cause of my issues is?

Heres what happened:

1. Broke a pin off of my CPU.

2. Pulled pin off of some old CPU I had from a really old server & inserted into socket

3. PC booted & ran properly for a few days

4. Tried to OC to 4.3Ghz at 1.3V (Before the pin broke it was at 4.5Ghz at 1.5V)

5. PC shuts off while stress testing

6. PC doesn't turn back on

7. Clear CMOS. PC will try and start (Like 1/8th of a second of power before it shuts off again)

8. Removing GPU's doesn't do anything. Different PSU's do nothing

So does it sound like my CPU or motherboard is dead?

Specs: FX-8320, MSI 970 Gaming, G-Skill Ares 2133Mhz RAM, EVGA Supernova Nex 650G

Edit: Removing the CPU and CPU power causes the system to stay on (Obviously no boot or anything)

You were lucky getting it to work with a spare pin, nevermind even thinking about overclocking. You can try and replace the pin again, but I do not recommend any overclocking if you do get it to work again.

Yeah thats my plan. The question is is it worth my time to RMA my board
