I need to get to bed, but check out some of the capture cards at http://www.magewell.com/

I noticed some ones in there that may be able to capture 2 or 4 4k hdmi on a single pci.

I don't see a point in dual Titan X. That would be like $3800. It would probably be better to just add a third GTX 1080 instead (if you find a small enough capture card).

Looks good to me. If you are going to be monitoring four HDMI inputs at once, you may want to invest in another monitor or two. Besides that, assuming you looked into the capture card are it is what you want, I say you go for it.
