I'm currently running a GTX 650, I plugged in an old GeForce  8400GS.

Use DDU to remove old ones.

Install new ones.

So my computer was working fine until I plugged in an old gpu to see if it works. After it posted and I was able to confirm that the old graphics card worked, I shut down removed it. Now windows refuses to boot to my sign in screen. It will boot into safe mode no problem. However  when I boot normally, it hangs at the spinning dots near the bottom of my screen with everything else black. I aslo am able to see my cursor and hear the startup chime. I've tried startup repair and it failed. Any suggestions?

I'm running Win 10 64bit

Well, it worked but now there is nowhere to sign the in... like the text box for me to input my password isn't there....

Did you install new drivers after removing the old ones? If not maybe you should run a system file check.

Just make sure you installed back the drivers. If you can't login you might have to go back to safe mode again. You can download the drivers from another computer first or go to safe mode with networking.
