Mutli Desktop, different resolution support

Like so many of us out there.. i mean yo i got 2 different size monitors but theres a block on their extended views. for examble when i want to click and drag a secondary web browser over to the other monitor, theres a literal blockage until i specifically move it to a correct area, is there a bypass? :-) cheers

I had the same issue on my old PC. I found a solution in the nvidia control panel. I cant remember what it was under but I'll start looking around. Of course this won't help unless you're running an nvidia graphics card.

hey i have an nividia graphics card if you or any1 knows what it is i'd be greatfulllll i did a quick look but to no luck... did it have anything to do with custom resolutions?? possibly i could change the resolution by however much more hieghth... well i just dont feel like testing it out its pretty descent now but if i see a concrete answer i wont hesitate

It was because of the the resolution but whatever it was that fixed it basically scaled it out so it knew where everything lined up.

FACK, thanks i guess.. anyways i bypassed the problem by simply switching my higher resolution monitor to the smaller screens resolution , i think it works out in the end with using max resolution in games still

If you open up the display settings in windows, or gpu settings it will show the monitor layout and how the resolutions line up the "blockages" are when dragging from a higher resolution to the lower, and it gets stuck in the corner probably, lowering the resolution until they are the same just aligns them so their isn't a place where a window can get stuck.

yes under that setting they are exactly even acording to windows.. but still a slight blockage its only 3 CM worth so id estimate on bottom maybe 1 CM and i tested it jsut to be sure

and my nvidia control panel only shows up 1 display same with my intel graphics options, only windows recognizes 2 monitors..
