First and for most i have been looking on the internet and other forums for my answer but people always come to the answer that the motherboard is the problem.

Now my question is should i get the Intel Xeon E3 1230 V5 Or the i5 6600K. again the motherboard isn't the issue here because i am getting either the Krait gaming X3 Z170 or The Krait Gaming Xeon E3 V5 Workstation Mo/Bo Both from MSI because i'm going for a white and black build. I just need to know For my first PC build will it be easier to work with the Xeon or have an attempt at over clocking a 6600K. Finally not interested in getting any AMD CPUs' or any of the newer Kabylake CPUs'. Im looking to play the new Battlefield 1, CoD IW and MWR and the new Titanfall 2 games at high settings at above 80 FPS and im not sure if the xeon will drop frames for me. Side note i also play SC II with a few mods and i record and stream a little. Also the Xeon + Mo/Bo is cheaper then the 6600K and Mo/Bo.

Thank you all very much for any responses.

For my prices the 6700K is $469 6600K is $389 and the Xeon is $349 and the Mo/Bo for the xeon is $199 and the Z170 Mo/Bo is $259 so i dont think its worth it for the i7 6700k. Yeh i know these prices are strange but Australia man. Thanks to americas recent election all of our money has fluctuated a bit.

I would go for 6600K, The Xeon is good but not quite as good as the 6600k

they should both cool down your cpu fine you just wont be able to get a good overclock with either of those coolers.
