1070 Performance??

Been wondering this for a while now.Im gaming on a Dell 1440p,144Hz and g-sync.

What fps range should be expected? And is my old cpu enough for this?

Upgrading to newer cpu,worth doing? or only replacing the 1070 to 1080?

Shouldn't almost every game run at high,60fps+  ?

I'd expect you could get up to 144FPS on most games, probably not at max quality settings on a few though.

You'll be fine. If you need to, you can overclock the CPU more.

60 fps+ for most games. Heavy titles will drop below that. At least 30-40 for sure with all settings maxed out

Well over 120FPS if you will play on high instead of ultra.

 

I play with GTX1060 at 1440p 165Hz.... most games run well above 120FPS on high...some games like BF1 are 90FPS on high, 120FPS medium.

Pretty high fps predictions.on high im getting Max 80fps,in bf1.i dont get why so low.Every game seem to lack frames.I have freshly installed win10 and drivers.
