I think think this is awesome, but i think that they rather wanted money. But hey, Google is not an insurance company!

I'm sorry but getting a tablet won't feed you or give you a new house... A money donation would make so much more sense just like you said if they are willing to help out.

Google is using hardware donations to become even more dominating at software... Interesting.

 

Anyway a money donation would make a lot more sense as said before me :)

yeah... I think that they would have been more satisfied if they would have recived some money or clothes. Anyway, it's nice to see that Google actually cares
