Support request: Pc dont shutdown

Im breadboarding a build, and the pc post, goes to bios normaly but when i exit the bios in the proper way the screen goes black and the pc dont shut down, no matter how long i wait, same will happen if i press the power button on the bios (the pc should shutdown).

If your in the bios, just pull the plug.

 

The only reason to properly shutdown is to flush the filesystem caches and to nicely quit programs. It won't hurt the hardware at all to pull the plug.

The problem is the pc dont shutdown at all,not even reboot, im running on bios now to eliminate all i can from the sistem, so atm is only processor+heatsink, 1 stick of ram psu and mobo,

install a OS or use a live disk.

 

Normally you can't shut down from the bios/uefi, only reboot.

The pc wont reboot either, the screen goes black as if would reboot/or shutdown, but nothing happens the fans keep spinning,

get a OS installed or use a live linux usb stick.

I have an HDD with windows, but the same will happen with OS installed whatever i ask to shutdown or reboot the pc via windows the same will happen.
