Graphics Driver Won't Install

No matter what I try, my GPU drivers refuse to install. they simply get stuck and don't move. It's been stuck for over 2 hours, so obviously it's not gonna finish up.

 

I've tried uninstalling everything with DDU - No success and now I have no drivers

Laptop:

Lenovo Yoga 7 Air: Ryzen 7840S, 32GiB DDR5

 

Desktop (Old but I never replaced it):

Delidded Core i7 4770K - GTX 1070 ROG Strix - 16GB DDR3 @2000Mhz
