Okay, you gotta be more clear. What things specifically (a list would be nice) are going to be in the build that needs a PSU?

Assuming one CPU and one GPU, 500+ watts should be fine.

Main Rig: R9 5950X @ PBO, RTX 3090, 64 GB DDR4 3666, InWin 101, Full Hardline Watercooling

Server: R7 1700X @ 4.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 3000, Cooler Master NR200P, Full Soft Watercooling

LAN Rig: R5 3600X @ PBO, RTX 2070, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Dan Case A4-SFV V4, 120mm AIO for the CPU

HTPC: i7-7700K @ 4.6 GHz, GTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB DDR4 3200, AliExpress K39, IS-47K Cooler

Router: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler

I don't have a problem...

600w you have for both will be fine. GTX 970 uses 145w and 1080 use 180w

scenario 1 intel i7 1080 or 970

scenario 2 intel i7 1080 and 970 (DX12 if it works like that)

But why do you need 2 gpu? What you trying to accomplish. It's not like you can not.

RAM doesn't use much power (very little) and so does your Hard Drives

yeah that will work fine. What PSU do you have? What resolution? You don't need a GTX 1080 to play at 1920x1080, a GTX 1070 will be fine for you. Even a 980 or a 1060 should do good enough gaining around 60fps most games

it will work but it's a bit bad psu. I would get a new one if you have money. EVGA G2 will be more ideal
